Ist die Hautberatung wirklich kostenlos?
Ja. Die telefonische Hautanalyse ist kostenlos und unverbindlich — auch ohne Bestellung. Sie sprechen mit einer ausgebildeten Kosmetikerin aus unserem Studio in Kiel, nicht mit einem Callcenter.
Wie läuft eine Hautanalyse ab?
Sie schildern Hautbild, bisherige Pflege, Verträglichkeiten und Ziel. Wir stellen gezielte Rückfragen, etwa zu Reaktionen auf Säuren oder Vitamin A, und leiten daraus eine Routine ab — meist drei bis fünf Produkte. Sie erhalten die Empfehlung schriftlich.
Wie lange dauert die Beratung?
In der Regel 15 bis 20 Minuten. Für komplexere Anliegen wie Rosacea, Pigmentstörungen oder den Aufbau einer kompletten neuen Routine planen wir mehr Zeit ein. Termine stimmen wir vorab ab.
Muss ich danach etwas kaufen?
Nein. Die Beratung ist unverbindlich, und Sie entscheiden in Ruhe. Wir empfehlen bewusst nur, was zu Hautbild und Zielsetzung passt — häufig weniger Produkte, als Kundinnen erwarten.
Kann ich mich auch nach dem Kauf melden?
Ja, ausdrücklich. Die meisten Fragen entstehen in den ersten vier Wochen, etwa leichte Schuppung beim Vitamin-A-Start. Melden Sie sich, bevor Sie ein Produkt absetzen — oft genügt eine angepasste Frequenz statt eines Produktwechsels.
