We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days via DHL. The standard delivery time within Germany is 2-3 business days, but this can vary depending on order volume. Shipping is free for orders over €50. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please note: For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetic products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The best-before date (BBD) is printed on the packaging. Once opened, most products should be used within the time indicated by the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol (usually 6-12 months). Store your skincare products in a cool, dry place, away from light. If any visible changes occur (color, smell, consistency), the product should no longer be used.
