The effects of skincare products vary from person to person and depend on many factors (skin type, age, lifestyle, consistent use). Experience shows that initial effects, such as improved hydration, often appear after 1-2 weeks of regular use. For visible improvements in skin condition, you should allow the product at least 6-8 weeks to take effect. We cannot guarantee specific results, as these vary from person to person.

Many products can be combined. However, certain active ingredients should not be used simultaneously, as they can interact with each other. For an optimally coordinated skincare routine, we recommend consulting our staff or a dermatologist.

This list presents the ingredients in descending order of their concentration. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, you should consult your gynecologist or dermatologist before using any new skincare products. Certain ingredients may not be recommended during this time. The yield depends on the individual application amount and frequency. As a guideline:
• Serums (30ml): approx. 2-3 months with daily use
• Creams (50ml): approx. 2-3 months with daily use
• Cleaner (200ml): approx. 2-3 months with daily use

When switching to new skincare products, an adjustment period may occur. Mild, temporary skin reactions such as tingling or slight redness may appear during the first few days. If reactions persist or worsen, please discontinue use and consult a dermatologist if necessary. For those with known sensitive skin, we recommend using new products sparingly and not daily at first. We accept no liability for skin reactions.

Store the product in a cool (normal room temperature), dry place, away from direct sunlight, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Close the container tightly after each use. The expiration date after opening can be found on the packaging next to the PAO symbol (usually 6-12 months). Do not use the product if its color, odor, or consistency has changed.

Should you experience a skin reaction, please discontinue use immediately. Consult a doctor in case of severe reactions. Contact us with any product complaints. Please note: For hygienic reasons, opened cosmetic products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB). In the case of justified quality defects, we will review your case individually within the framework of the statutory warranty.

We generally recommend daily use of sunscreen (at least SPF 30), as UV radiation is the main factor in premature skin aging.
